Updated Alexa Ref.

I decided to update it again. drew the last one and its not really in my style so I just updated it in my style. 
I'm probably gonna make some more ref sheets on some more characters. That'll get me more used to my tablet more. 

So that's probably what I'll do. The next ref will most likely be Axela.
